Our Legacy of Care

Mt. Hermon was founded by Capt. Cecilio Cania Taboada, a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, with the goal of providing dependable and dignified service to families in need. As the Founding Chairman, Capt. Taboada planned the company's expansion starting in Regions VI and VII, aiming to reach families across the country.

In 2023, the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) upgraded Mt. Hermon's business permit from Regional to National scope, allowing the company to continue its mission of care and service to more communities throughout the Philippines.

Since then, Mt. Hermon has grown as a trusted name in funeral and memorial services, upholding compassion, integrity, and professionalism. Committed to serving with respect and sincerity, the company provides not just services but heartfelt support to grieving families.
